The 2012 Thunderbird Rally
The 2012 season kicks off with one of the oldest events in North America having started in 1957. This will be the 41st edition having missed a few years along the way. The course will be run on mostly snow and ice covered logging roads between Merritt and Kelowna, British Columbia on February 11th and 12th.

The 2012 Alcan Winter Rally
The Winter Alcan occurs every four years and is the longest endurance rally in North America. Starting in Seattle Washington on Feb. 23rd the route will cover nearly 5000 miles through British Columbia, The Yukon, The Northwest Territories, and finally ending in Anchorage, Alaska on March 2nd. Along the way the course will travel on the famous ice highways between Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk, nearly 100 miles down the Mackenzie River, at which time the competitors will be 250 miles North of the Arctic Circle.
